I have to make a new project. Something that is easy , like low hanging fruit...good neighborhood, nice view, easy jurisdictions, driveway already in: stone and timber design. This house is selectively designed for this site. The drive and garage is super private and easy to access. Building footprint is well delineated and ready to go. The tractors have started, the site is ready, the surveyor has made a topo and made lines on the boundries; for a 5 bedroom and a 4 bedroom home. The drive is newly surfaced, The neighborhood is
